Valuations for transactions, asset decisions, internal restructuring or as an expert basis in commercial disputes.

Direct contact, a clear brief, a robust result. Tell me the valuation task, the valuation date and the property. I will then send you a specific quotation.

In a professional context, property values are needed for very different decisions. Companies, investors, lawyers, tax advisers and lenders receive an expert valuation whose scope is based on the property, the occasion and the depth of analysis required.
From a clearly defined value estimate to a detailed full market value report.

Law firms, companies and institutions need property valuations for very different properties and occasions. What determines the right valuation service is the specific task, the intended use and the depth of analysis required.
A law firm may need the market value of a detached house, a tax practice the value of an apartment building and a company the valuation of a production site. Which service fits is therefore determined not by the type of client or the size of the property, but by the question the valuation is meant to answer.
Valuations for transactions, asset decisions, internal restructuring or as an expert basis in commercial disputes.
Valuation of single assets and portfolios for acquisitions, disposals, portfolio decisions or as an internal basis for decisions.
Clearly reasoned property values as a professional starting point for legal or tax questions. The legal or tax assessment itself remains with the respective adviser.
Valuation and plausibility tasks in connection with financing, statements of assets or property-specific evidence – in each case after clarifying the scope of service required.
In a tax or legal dispute, the specific task may consist solely of determining the market value of a property as at a particular date in a clear and traceable way. The legal or tax consequences that follow from this value are not the subject of the report.
Frequently requested: review of existing reports and counter-valuations, valuations in connection with partition auctions and remaining useful life reports for building depreciation.
For tasks where the derivation, data basis and valuation inputs must be documented in detail and be traceable for third parties.
View service →For internal or non-contentious decisions, where an expert value estimate with a site inspection is needed, but not the full documentation of a market value report.
View service →For a first approximate orientation based on the data available, where an in-depth review is not needed at first.
View service →For living, usable or lettable areas and, for larger portfolios, also for an agreed plausibility check of existing area figures.
View area calculation →If a valuation already exists that is to be traced or updated to a later valuation date: valuation review & update.
Depending on the task, I value flats, detached and two-family houses, apartment buildings and residential complexes, mixed-use buildings, office and retail property, warehouse and logistics property, production and commercial property, and industrial and special-purpose property.
In my practice, this range extends from flats, apartment buildings and former farmsteads to supermarkets, a car dealership, a guesthouse and a social care property, and on to two paper mills, a chocolate factory and a tobacco factory.
My work is the expert determination and assessment of property values and – where instructed – of property-related figures such as market rents. In complex cases, I therefore often provide a professional starting figure that is then used by lawyers, tax advisers, banks or other parties.
Legal review of contracts, tax advice, transfer pricing advice or the legal assessment of company law transactions are not part of the property valuation.
Send me the property, the valuation date, the reason for the valuation and – where available – the key documents. The appropriate scope of service can then be determined.
