The depth of valuation required depends less on the size or type of property than on the purpose of the valuation, its intended use and how detailed and robust the result has to be.
Which property?
A residential property, an apartment building, a mixed-use property or a complex commercial or industrial site each have different requirements.

Purchase, sale, inheritance, financial decisions, financing or a legal or tax question determine how robust the result needs to be.

Depending on the task, I value flats, detached and two-family houses, apartment buildings and residential complexes, mixed-use buildings, office, retail and other commercial property, warehouse and logistics properties, production facilities and industrial and special-purpose property. Undeveloped land is also part of the range.

For more complex property types, the scope of the valuation and the fee are calculated individually according to use, available data and the task.
Reviewing or updating existing valuations
Depending on the task, an existing valuation can be checked for plausibility, examined in more depth in an expert statement or – where the data allows – updated to a later valuation date.
If it concerns a third-party report in a dispute or court case: valuation report review and counter-valuation.
Valuations for professional decision-making
Companies, investors, portfolio holders, lawyers, tax advisers and lenders need property values for many different purposes. This may concern a production facility, but equally an apartment building, a flat or a detached house.
